Kweli Load Exchange matches trucks to loads across South Africa and the SADC corridors. Transporters add a truck and the corridors it runs. Shippers post a load. Both sides are free: no listing fee, no commission.

We do not charge for listings.

Posting a load is free. Finding one is free. No commission on the deal, no subscription, no fee to see a phone number. You pay us nothing to use the exchange.

Start on your side

Every Kweli account can do both — post a load and find one. But you arrive with one job in mind, so start where the work is.

Two numbered five-step lists side by side: the transporter path from sign-up to applying for a load, and the shipper path from sign-up to running the job.
Two ways into Kweli Load Exchange. Every account can do both; sign-up only sets what you see first.

I have a truck

Show me loads for my truck

Sign up, add your truck, add the corridors it runs. Loads that fit start reaching you, and you apply from the load itself.

I have cargo

Find me trucks for my load

Sign up and post the load. Operators running that lane in that vehicle type see it, apply, and you choose from what you can see about each one.

What you need before you start

Four things, and each one does a job. Nothing here is a form for the sake of a form.

WhatWhoWhy it is asked
A WhatsApp numberEveryoneIt is your account. One number is one identity on Kweli, so the other side of a deal reaches you on the number you already carry. Nothing to download and nothing to reinstall when the phone is replaced.
An email addressEveryoneWithout one, we can only reach you inside the app. If somebody wants your load or your truck while you are away, you find out the next time you open Kweli. We send a six-digit code to check the address works.
At least one truckTransportersMatching runs on vehicle type. A tautliner and a tipper do not take the same freight, so until there is a truck on the account there is nothing for a load to match against.
At least one corridor on that truckTransportersCorridors are how loads come to you instead of you hunting for them. They sit on the truck, not on your profile, so a superlink running Beitbridge and a rigid running Gauteng local each carry their own lanes.

A shipper is never asked for a truck. Posting a load takes the route, the cargo, the vehicle type you need, and the date.

What happens after the phone call

A load board ends when two numbers are exchanged. Kweli carries the job past that point and keeps the record of how it went.

That last one is the difference. A WhatsApp group finds you a load and forgets you by Friday. A good operator with ten years of arriving on time starts at zero with every new customer, because the proof lives in the heads of people who already use them. Kweli carries it forward.

List your truck and its corridors, or post a load. Your corridors decide which loads we show you first — they do not lock you out of the rest. Body, weight, fit, papers: we show them, and you decide.

WhatsApp-integrated · your number is your account. Nothing from an app store — you finish with your trucks and their corridors on the board.

Questions people ask

What does it cost to use Kweli Load Exchange?

Nothing. Posting a load is free, finding a load is free, and there is no commission on the deal and no subscription. The exchange is free on both sides.

How long does signing up take?

Most transporters are set up in about five minutes. Measured over the 30 days to 1 September 2026, the median completed sign-up was 5 min 20 s for a transporter and 4 min 25 s for a shipper. You give your WhatsApp number, your name, a username, whether you are an owner-driver or a company, and your country and city. Transporters then add a truck and the corridors it runs.

Do I need to download an app?

No. Kweli runs in the browser on the phone you already have, and reaches you on WhatsApp and by email. There is no app store, no install and no update.

Can I both post loads and find loads on one account?

Yes. Every Kweli account can do both. The question at sign-up sets what you see first, not what you are allowed to do.

Why does Kweli want a corridor on my truck?

So loads can find the truck. Corridors are the lanes that truck runs, and they are what the exchange matches a load against. They are recorded per truck, so each vehicle in a fleet carries its own. You can still see every load on the board, and you can apply for one that is off your usual lanes.

Does Kweli check that an operator or a shipper is genuine?

You are the judge, and we give you what you need to judge with. Kweli shows what each party has provided — the truck, its registration, the lanes it runs, the documents on file, when they were last active — and the record of how their previous deals actually went. We show the record; the decision is yours.
