Load tracking in context

Keep the brief, progress and delivery evidence together

A location pin is one part of a freight job. KITE connects active-job monitoring with the people, vehicle and instructions assigned to the movement, then keeps delivery evidence in the close-out path.

Before the truck moves

Plan resources, allocate the carrier, driver and vehicle, then dispatch with a clear job brief.

While the load is active

Follow progress from collection to delivery. Drivers participate through Hamba in a phone browser and see their assigned work.

At delivery and close-out

Collect POD and other evidence into the job record, review exceptions and close out with what happened.

Location monitoring applies during the active job. Devices, connectivity and updates affect how current it is, and the shipper's location view depends on the job settings. Carrier telematics remain separate.

The business problem

The work after agreement is where details get lost.

A small operator may be handling two trucks and every call personally. A larger fleet may have many people handing off the same job. Both need the agreed load to become an organised movement, not just another report.

A working sequence

Follow the agreed job through four working stages

01

Plan the resources and assign the job

02

Dispatch and follow active progress

03

Capture delivery evidence and exceptions

04

Close out with what actually happened

KITE supports the actions people take during a freight job. Reports reflect that work; they do not replace it.

What changes in the working day

Practical value at each handoff

01

Fewer loose handoffs

Keep the brief, people, vehicles and decisions around a job together.

02

Evidence near the event

Collect proof of delivery and other job evidence into the close-out path.

03

From one truck to many

Use a repeatable job sequence as the number of simultaneous movements grows.

Straight answers

What to know before you start

Do loads have to come from Kweli LX?

No. KITE supports freight-job execution whether the work was found on LX or came through another channel, subject to its current scope.

Does KITE track a driver all the time?

No. The published product description limits load monitoring to the active job. Vehicle telematics are separate.

What does KITE cost?

KITE is paid with a trial. The live Hub shows the current plan price, any usage fee and trial length before you start.
